We have a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after ordering the product to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the same condition you received it: unused, with tags intact, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the product is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, so we can assess and fix the problem.
Deposit Payment
Some areas and/or products require a deposit of 10% to 50%. If a deposit is paid for a custom-made product and the product is not received or the delivery representative evades the customer, the customer is not entitled to claim the deposit and is responsible for any damages incurred due to shipping.
Exceptions: Non-Returnable Items
No used or opened items (personal items such as bedding products) may be returned. Bedding products may only be returned if defective or damaged. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about the specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for items on offers or gift cards.
Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and will let you know whether or not your refund has been approved. If approved, your money will automatically be refunded to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and process your refund.
